Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the items in their original packaging, ensuring all Persephone Books hangtags and labels are intact.

• 3.
  Affix the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it firmly to the outside of your parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to the designated courier; once received and inspected at our atelier, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
